THIS INVENTION RELATES TO THE PRODUCTION AND FORMULATION OF A NEW INGREDIENT, A CONCENTRATED OILY EXTRACT FROM 3 SPECIES OF ZOOPLANCTONS: ARTEMIA, EURYTEMORA AND BRACHIONUS
The present invention relates to the development and formulation of a new ingredient, a concentrated oily extract from 3 species of zooplankton: Artemia salina, Eurytemora affinis and Brachionus plicatis. This invention is based on the nutritional association of the oils present in the three species of Zooplankton and on the process for obtaining this oily ingredient. Faced with the growing demand for aquaculture and the stagnation of the fish-based production of flours and oils, it seems important to reduce the proportion of fish oil in aquaculture feeds. The present invention aims to provide a nutritionally rich oil that can replace fish oil in certain aquaculture foods. La présente invention se rapporte à l'élaboration et la formulation d'un nouvel ingrédient, un extrait huileux concentré issu de 3 espèces de zooplancton : Artémia salina, Eurytémora affinis et Brachionus plicatis. Cette invention tient dans l'association nutritive des huiles présentes dans les 3 espèces de Zooplanctons et sur le procédé d'obtention de cet ingrédient huileux. Face à la demande croissante de l'aquaculture et à la stagnation de la production des farines et huiles, issue des poissons, il apparaît important de réduire la proportion d'huile de poisson dans les aliments aquacoles. La présente invention a pour but de proposer une huile riche au niveau nutritionnel pouvant remplacer l'huile de poisson dans certains aliments aquacoles.
