The invention relates to an intraosseous implant for dental use that can be inserted by impact into a receiving region created in the bone of a jaw. The implant comprises an axially long body provided with means (3) for attaching a medical appliance. An intraosseous end (4) of the body (1) comprises axially extended sharp blades (5) distributed in such a way that they project radially from the periphery of the intraosseous end (4) of the body (1).
