Crystal comprising bile salt and monoolein dispersion, method for preparing the same, separation of protein using the same, and use for drug delivery system
The present invention relates to a crystalloid of a nano crystal and a micro crystal formed by bile salt and monoolein dispersion, a preparing method of the same, and use of the same for separation of protein and delivery. According to the present invention, the crystalloid of the nano crystal and the micro crystal are formed when bile salt and monoolein dispersion are mixed in a proper composition ratio. The crystalloid is used for protein separation or usefully used as a delivery system which delivers the protein by embedding a specific protein.본 발명은 담즙산염과 모노올레인 분산액이 형성하는 나노결정과 마이크로결정의 결정체와 이의 제조방법, 이를 단백질 분리 및 전달에 이용하는 용도에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 담즙산염과 모노올레인 분산액을 적절한 조성비로 혼합하면 나노결정과 마이크로결정의 결정체를 형성하게 되며, 상기 결정체는 단백질의 분리에 이용되거나, 또는 특정 단백질을 봉입하여 단백질을 전달할 수 있는 전달체계로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다
