The invention relates to a method of cosmetic anti-aging treatment (wrinkles, senescence redness spots) of the skin by photomodulation, iontophoresis and vibrations and a device for the implementation of such a cosmetic treatment of the skin, said method comprising the steps of: a. a step of exposing said zone of the skin to be treated to a light source (20) emitting in the wavelength spectrum is between 590 and 598 nm, for a luminous intensity of between 8000 and 12000 mcd and during a fixed period, b. a step of exposing said area of the skin to be treated to a light source (20) emitting light at a wavelength is between 515 and 535 nm, for a light intensity of between 8000 and 12000 mcd and during a fixed period, c. a step of exposing said zone of the skin to be treated to a light source (20) emitting a light whose wavelength spectrum is between 630 and 660 nm, for a luminous intensity of between 8000 and 12000 mcd and during a specified period, and d. concomitantly with at least one of steps a), b) and c) a step of exposing said zone of the skin to be treated to ionotherapy advantageously carried out by applying an electric current of 700uA to said zone skin to be treated on which has previously been applied a topical composition comprising an anti-aging agent, e. concomitantly with at least one of steps a) b) c) a step of exposing said zone of the skin to be treated to micro-vibrations.
