The present invention relates to a plant nutritional supplement matured by using far infrared ray and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a plant nutrient matured by using far infrared ray and a method for preparing the same, wherein, a maturing time can be significantly reduced by use of infrared ray; and far infrared ray irradiating effect on crops is provided such that the plant nutrient may be administered as a beverage while simultaneously acting as a complex nutritional supplement, bacteria preventing agent, and bacterial control agent required for growth and fruition of plants and acting as manure in soil by activating indigenous microbes thereby improving soil, which is acidified soil, to neutral soil. The present invention characterized in that: raw materials to be matured including 10 to 25 wt% of rice, 10 to 20 wt% of water used to wash rice, 10 to 20 wt% of green onion, 10 to 20 wt% of cheongyang red pepper, 10 to 20 wt% of onion, and 10 to 20 wt% of ginger are stored in a maturation tank which radiates far infrared ray; then, 10 to 20 wt% of far infrared ray radiated salt and 10 to 20 wt% of far infrared ray radiated sugar are respectively added with respect to the total weight of the material to be matured and matured the resultant for 10 to 15 days.본 발명은 원적외선을 이용하여 숙성된 식물 영양제와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원적외선을 이용하여 숙성시간을 속성으로 줄일 수 있도록 하고, 식물 성장과 결실에 필요한 종합영양제와 충기피제, 균제방제의 역할을 하며, 토착 미생물 활성화로 토양에서 퇴비의 역할을 통한 농산물의 원적외선 방사효과를 제공하여 산성화된 토양을 중성토양으로 토양개량 역할을 함과 동시에 음료로 섭취 가능하도록 하는 원적외선을 이용하여 숙성된 식물 영양제와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 벼 10∼25 중량%, 쌀뜨물 10∼20 중량%, 대파 10∼20 중량%, 청양고추 10∼20 중량%, 양파 10∼20 중량%, 생강 10∼20 중량%로 이루어지는 숙성원료를 원적외선을 방사하는 숙성탱크에 저장하고, 상기 숙성원료의 전체 중량에 대하여 원적외선 소금 10∼20 중량%, 원적외선 설탕 10∼20 중량%를 각각 넣은 후 10∼15일간 숙성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
