PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of capturing a local minute change in an eye to be examined irrespective of a disease type, a disease stage, and a disease state.SOLUTION: A reception part of an ophthalmological analysis device receives patient identification information. An acquisition part acquires information on an interest position associated with the received patient identification information from storage means in which the information on an interest position indicating a position of an interest region is stored in association with each of a plurality of pieces of patient identification information beforehand. A specification part specifies a partial region in an image acquired for the patients eye to be examined corresponding to the patient identification information based on the acquired information on an interest position. An analysis part analyzes the specified partial region. The specification part specifies a region wider than the region in the image corresponding to the interest region indicated by the information on an interest position as a partial region. An update part updates the information on an interest position stored in the storage means based on the specified new partial region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
