PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep stage estimation device capable of improving estimation accuracy of a sleep stage by personal adaptation.SOLUTION: A sleep stage estimation device 1 for estimating a sleep stage of a user comprises: a biological information acquisition unit 3 for acquiring the users biological information during sleep a feature amount calculation unit 10 for calculating a feature amount from the biological information a sleep stage estimation unit 11 for estimating the users sleep stage from the feature amount and an evaluation calculation unit 14 for evaluating a sleep state after the users awakening.
