The moving body is inserted into the fastening groove at the upper and lower ends, and has a movable structure movable along the outer peripheral surface of the mounting body. A first wire of a plurality of wires is coupled to one side of the moving body. A second wire of the plurality of wires is coupled to the other side of the moving body.
