An object of the present invention is to provide a novel mesenchymal stem cell having excellent therapeutic effects on various diseases, a novel pharmaceutical composition containing the mesenchymal stem cell, and a method for preparing them. The present invention is ROR1-positive mesenchymal stem cells.
