PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral data sampling system suitable for accurately performing processing using spectral data such as spectroscopic analysis.SOLUTION: A spectral data sampling system includes: a light source for emitting irradiation light a transmission wavelength variable type filter which is a filter for dividing the irradiation light or reflected light from a subject into divided light having a plurality of peak wavelengths, and for which the peak wavelengths of the divided light are variable an imaging element provided with a color filter array group composed of the array of two or more prescribed kinds of color filters installed on an imaging element surface, for generating imaging signals having color information by imaging an object image to which the spectral characteristics of the transmission wavelength variable type filter are imparted through the color filter array group: and a spectrum calculation means for calculating the intensity of the light of the respective peak wavelengths made incident on the imaging element from the subject, on the basis of the imaging signals of the subject and the spectral characteristics of the respective color filters for the respective peak wavelengths set in the transmission wavelength variable type filter when imaging the subject.
