PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission case that facilitates maintenance and replacement of a rotary.SOLUTION: A transmission case comprises: a metal fixed case section 7 storing a traveling system transmission 5 dividing the transmission case into two parts and transmitting the rotation to a drive shaft 3 of traveling wheels, and being not replaced； and a replaceable metal detachable case section 8 storing a work system transmission 6 for transmitting the rotation of the rotary to a drive shaft 4. The transmission case includes a pin mechanism 32 having a pin punching space 16 capable of positioning division openings 9, 11 of the fixed case section 7 and the detachable case section 8 together by a metal positioning pin 15 and taking out the positioning pin 15 positioned. A flange abutment surface 10 with multiple bolt holes in the opening periphery projected is formed in the division opening 9 of the fixed case section 7.
