PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline milker having a function of monitoring fluid processes, capable of investigating the cause of cleaning insufficiency of a pipeline-cleaning process or the like by automatic control.
SOLUTION: The device for monitoring fluid process is equipped with a microcomputer controlling part 101, a memory means 102, and a temperature sensor 107, an electrical conductivity sensor 108 and a pH sensor 109, for detecting the state of fluid and installed so as to face to a prescribed site of a circulation route of a cleaning liquid. Prescribed standard values corresponding to the kinds of process steps, and used for deciding the kind characteristics and good or bad of a plurality of process steps by the fluid previously executed by external equipments are stored in the memory means 102. The microcomputer controlling part 101 has a step kind-deciding means for comparing and observing the change of the output of each sensor with time and the kind characteristics of the process step, and deciding the kind of the process step operated by the fluid now, and a good or bad-deciding means 101c of the process step, for deciding the good or bad of the process step by the continuation or not of a state of the output of each sensor satisfying the prescribed standard values corresponding to the kinds of the process step for a prescribed time.
