PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction mechanism, a bending drive mechanism and an endoscope, capable of appropriately suppressing the extension of an actuator caused by a pulled object.
SOLUTION: The traction mechanism includes: a cylindrical tube member 72 the actuator 73 freely retractably disposed within the tube member 72, having a coupling part 60 which can be coupled with a top ring 41 as the pulled object at one end, and performing telescopic motion in the axial direction of the tube member 72 a stopper part 75 for restraining the relative movement in the axial direction of the other end of the actuator 73 and the tube member 72 a power source connected to the other end of the actuator 73 to make the actuator 73 perform the telescopic motion and a buffer part 77 for buffing at least part of the transfer of the coupling part 60 to be transmitted to the actuator 73 when the top ring 41 is pulled by a second taction mechanism and the coupling part 60 is operatively connected with the top ring and transferred.
