A nasal splint and applicator assembly has a handle (27), a pair of arms(19,17) extending from the handle and a nasal splint (2, 3) removably attachedto each of the arms. A line of weakness (21, 23) allows removal of the splintfrom the arms. The handle and arms form a substantially Y shape with thehandle being the base of the Y shape and the arms forming the wings of the Yshape. Each nasal splint can be removably fastened to a respective side of thenose using adhesive and then the handle and arms separated from the splints.
