PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of increasing heating efficiency and significantly reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of increasing heating efficiency by directly heating a body without heating the air and the like around the body by using microwave of 2.45 GHz used in microwave oven, and remarkably reducing power consumption of a heating device. By weakening an output of the microwave of 2.45 GHz to prevent heating to the extent of the microwave oven, the body can be directly heated without heating the air around the body, so that the heating device of high heating efficiency, capable of saving power can be manufactured. As the heating efficiency of the microwave oven is significantly high, the heating device applying this method has high heating efficiency, and the heating device significantly saving power can be manufactured. As fossil fuel is not directly used, ventilation of a room is unnecessary, and measures against global warming can be taken.
