A device (100) for operating an electrosurgical instrument, comprising: a connecting base (20, 20i); a wiring assembly (30) comprising an electrode module (33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g, 33h, 33i, 33j), an active electrode wire (31), and a passive electrode wire (32), the active electrode wire (31) and the passive electrode wire (32) being mounted inside the connecting base (20, 20i) and being in communication with a power source by means of the electrode module (33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g, 33h, 33i, 33j); an operation assembly (10) operated by an operator and rotatably connected to the connecting base (20, 20i); and a sheath (40) used for receiving the active electrode wire (31) and the passive electrode wire (32) and mounted on the connecting base (20, 20i). The active electrode wire (31) slides and rotates with respect to the passive electrode wire (32), and is in sliding electrical contact with the electrode module (33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g, 33h, 33i, 33j). According to the device (100) for operating an electrosurgical instrument, an electrical connection between the electrode module (33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g, 33h, 33i, 33j) and the active electrode wire (31) is designed as sliding electrical contact, so that the active electrode wire (31) can slide along the length direction thereof and roll around the axis thereof. The problem that the active electrode wire (31) in a traditional operating device will rotate around the passive electrode wire (32) is solved, and the device has a wide application prospect.L'invention porte sur un dispositif (100) permettant d'actionner un instrument électrochirurgical, comprenant : une base de connexion (20, 20i) ; un ensemble câblage (30) comprenant un module d'électrode (33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d, 33e, 33f, 33g, 33h, 33i, 33j), un fil d'électrode active (31), et un fil d'électrode passive (32), le fil d'électrode active (31) et le fil d'électrode passive (32) étant montés à l'intérieur
