The present invention provides a membrane sheet for operatin implant comprising:a closing cover unit which is via perforation which passes through gums and alveolar bones, is inserted in a membrane detached from an inner surface of the alveolar bones by an elevator and a space for bone transplant in order to inject a bone grafting substitute to a gap between an inner surface of the alveolar bones and has absorbent materials which are decomposed and fused when osteointegration of the bone grafting substitute； and an extended blade section which is integrally extended to be radial along radial boundary of the closing cover unit.
