PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that when a seedling planting tine draws an approximately circular-arc rise and fall locus line by high-speed rotary drive in a double crank mechanism state, separates mat-like seedling nursery beds fed from a seedling tank, plants seedlings in a soil surface and frictional resistance in separating the nursery bed parts is high for the planting, seedling roots, seedling body parts, etc., are liable to be damaged, seedling planting posture is liable to get out of order and the seedling planting tine is largely vibrated by the form of the tip needle part of the planting tine, posture of seedling separation, seedling planting, etc., is liable to get out of order and stable seedling planting posture is often not maintained.SOLUTION: The seedling planting tine of seedling planting machine has a constitution that forked parallel needle parts (1) are formed at the tip part, each of the needle parts (1) is equipped with a flat needle body surface (2), a needle angle edge (3) along the outside edge of the needle body surface (2) is successively inclined inside from the needle tip side to a base part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 苗植付爪は、ダブルクランク機構形態の高速回転駆動によって略円弧状の昇降軌跡線を描いて、苗タンクから供給されるマット状苗の苗床を分離して、土壌面に植付ける。このため苗床部を分離するときの摩擦抵抗が大きいと、苗根や苗身部等を損傷し易く、苗植付姿勢も乱れ易くなる。又、植付爪の先端針部の形態によって大きく振動させたり、苗分離や、苗植付等の姿勢が乱れ易く、安定した苗植付姿勢を維持できないことが多い。【解決手段】 先端部に二又平行状の針部(1)を形成すると共に、この各針部(1)は欠円断面形状にして平らな針腹面(2)を形成し、この針腹面(2)の外側縁に沿う針角縁(3)を、針先側から基部にわたって順次内側へ傾斜させて形成したことを特徴とする苗植機の苗植付爪の構成とする。【選択図】 図1
