PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole by which fatigue and pain are prevented from generating at a bone head part of metatarsal bones.SOLUTION: In the insole 1, a support base plate 3 made of a plastic plate corresponding to an area from the heel bone 27 to the metatarsal bones 26a-26e adheres on an area of the backside of a flexible surface sheet and an end part top cover made of a sheet form elastic material adhering on an area except the area the support base plate 3 adheres.
