PURPOSE: A non-contact type ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing apparatus is provided to prevent an ultraviolet ray-based lamp from being in contact with water by stably maintaining the amount of water introduced or discharged into/from a reactor. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact type ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing apparatus includes a reactor(100), an ultraviolet ray-based lamp, a perforated plate-shaped rectifying wall(300). The reactor is a container with an inlet(120) and an outlet(130). Water passes through the inlet and the outlet. A cover(110) is arranged on the upper side of the container. A stabilizer(220) is in connection with external power and supplies power to a ultraviolet ray-based lamp. The ultraviolet ray-based lamp is mounted at the bottom of the cover. The rectifying wall is installed in the reactor to be adjacent to the inlet. The positions of a plurality of through holes formed on the rectifying wall are lower than the mounted position of the ultraviolet ray-based lamp.개시된 비접촉식 자외선 살균장치는 일측에 구비된 유입관과 타측에 구비된 유출관을 통해 물이 입출되는 함체로서, 상기 함체의 상면에는 개폐가 가능한 커버가 구비된 반응조와, 외부 전원에 연결된 안정기로부터 전력을 공급받아 발광하도록 상기 커버의 하면에 장착된 자외선 램프 및 상기 유입관에 인접하여 상기 반응조 내에 설치된 다공판 형태의 정류벽을 포함하고, 따라서 자외선 램프가 물과 접촉하지 않아 스케일이나 파울링이 발생하지 않고 누전의 위험성이 낮으며, 장치의 구조가 간단하여 유지관리가 용이하기 때문에 중소규모 하수처리장에 특히 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 패키지형으로서 운반 및 설치가 간단하다는 장점이 있다.
