PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial unit capable of maintaining a good environment of the inside of a room for long periods without exchanging an antibacterial material in improving the environment of the inside of the room by using the antibacterial material and a blower.SOLUTION: The antibacterial unit includes a case 1 having an air suction opening 6 and an air discharge opening 7 and housed with a blower 11 on an air suction opening 6 side and housed with an antibacterial material 16 on an air discharge opening 7 side, a normally-closed suction valve 14 disposed in the vicinity of the air suction opening 6 of the case 1 for opening the air suction opening 6 accompanying with the operating action of the blower 11, a normally-closed discharge valve 17 disposed in the vicinity of the air discharge opening 7 of the case 1 for opening the air discharge opening 7 accompanying with the operating action of the blower 11, and control means for intermittently operating the blower 11. Thus, the case 1 is normally put into a sealed state and components of an antibacterial material 16 are dispersed in a room while the blower 11 is intermittently operating, to maintain a good environment of the inside of the room for long periods without exchanging the antibacterial material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】抗菌材とブロアを用いて室内の環境を改善するものにおいて、抗菌材を交換することなく、長期にわたって室内環境を良好に維持できる抗菌ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】空気吸入口6及び空気排出口7を有し、空気吸入口6側にブロア11を収納するとともに、空気排出口7側に抗菌材16を収納したケース1と、ケース1の空気吸入口6近傍に設けられ、ブロア11の作動に伴って空気吸入口6を開放する常閉の吸気弁14と、ケース1の空気排出口7近傍に設けられ、ブロア11の作動に伴って空気排出口7を開放する常閉の排気弁17と、ブロア11を間欠的に作動させる制御手段とを備えている。これにより、常時はケース1内を密閉状態とし、ブロア11が間欠的に作動しているときに抗菌材16の成分が室内に発散するようにできるため、抗菌材16の交換を行うことなく、長期にわたって室内環境を良好に維持できるようになる。【選択図】図3
