The wearing module comprises an excrement sensor for sensing excrement of the user to output an excrement sense signal, and a urine sensor for sensing urine of the user to output a urine sense signal. The receiving module receives the excreta discharged from the wearing module. The receiving module comprises an excreta amount measurement sensor for measuring the amount of the received excreta to output the measurement data in real time. The short-range communication module is connected with a terminal in a short-range communication manner, verifies the identification (ID) of the terminal connected in a short-range communication manner, and measures the distance from the terminal in real time.
