The tube (2) has a body part (21) and an egg-storing small-diameter part (22) having an inner diameter of 0.1mm to 0.5mm. The tube (2) can be heat-sealed at a front side of the small-diameter part (22) and at the body part (21). The cylindrical protection member (3) has a tubular part (31) for accommodating a front side of the small-diameter part (22) of the tube (2) and a semi-tubular part (32) for accommodating a portion of the small-diameter part (22) not accommodated in the tubular part (31) and a front portion (21a) of the body part 21.
