The present invention refers to a precision liquid dispensing device, in particular to a portable disposable device for controlled medication dispensing during certain time period, such as insulin for instance and similar. It is provided for according to the present invention that said device comprises a flow conduit (2) resembling in the plane of a flat shaped substrate (1) a meander like shape in the form of waves (3), a conductive sensor means (6, 7, 8) being placed on said conduit (2) in a rectangular grid, said conductive sensor means (6, 7, 8) crosses the course of said conduit in at least one point. Said conductive sensor means (6, 7, 8) are connected to a control unit (10).
