Wound edges are separated by a rectal mirror. A film of enriched autoplasm is applied to the wound bottom. Enriched autoplasm in a volume of 1 ml is injected under the wound, to a depth of 5-7 mm. Botulinum toxin A at a dose of 15-20 units is injected into the inner sphincter at three points to a depth of 5-7 mm. In case of back fissure, botulinum toxin is administered at 5, 7 and 12 hours, in case of front fissure - at 11, 1 and 6 hours. При лечении хронической анальной трещины иссекают ее вместе с окружающей рубцовой тканью и сторожевым бугорком двумя полулунными разрезами в пределах здоровых тканей. Вводят аутоплазму, обогащенную тромбоцитарными факторами роста, в стенки и дно раны сеткой с шагом 3-4 мм по 0,1-0,2 мл. Разводят ректальным зеркалом края раны. На дно раны накладывают пленку из обогащенной аутоплазмы. Под рану вводят обогащенную аутоплазму в объеме 1 мл на глубину 5-7 мм. Ботулотоксин А в дозе 15-20 Ед вводят во внутренний сфинктер в три точки на глубину 5-7 мм. При задней трещине ботулотоксин вводят на 5, 7 и 12 часов, при передней - на 11, 1 и 6 часов. На 4-е сутки введение аутоплазмы повторяют. Способ уменьшает послеоперационный болевой синдром, повышает эффективность лечения анальной трещины, снижая риск развития послеоперационных осложнений. 2 пр.
