The present invention relates to a medicated patch for use in alleviation and treatment of pain, such as muscle pain, arthralgia or neuralgia. Particularly, the present invention relates to an adhesive medicated patch comprising a release sheet removed by detecting an increase in temperature. The conventional separable medicated patch is problematic in that it is separated from the skin to remove a release sheet when a medicated patch is to be attached after the location of a body site suffering from pain is confirmed. According to the present invention, a release sheet which can be removed automatically at a temperature of 35C or higher is used to overcome the problem. In general, since the body temperature is 35C or higher, the release sheet is removed after being in contact with the skin for at least a predetermined time, and then an adhesive medicated layer can be attached directly to the skin. The adhesive medicated patch is not in contact with the skin while the contact surface between the release sheet and the medicated layer is separated. Thus, the patch can be replaced for a predetermined time even after it is in contact with the skin. In addition, after the location of an accurate pain site is confirmed, there is no need for separating the patch from the skin. Therefore, the patch can be attached at the site of the highest therapeutic effect.
