摘要：: This invention discloses a novel lactic acid bacterium which is an isolated lactococcus lactis subspecies LL358 deposited in the Bioresource Collection and Research Center of the Food Industry Research and Development Institute under accession number BCRC910699 on September 4, 2015, as well as an isolated lactobacillus salivarius LS159 deposited in the Bioresource Collection And Research Center of the Food Industry Research and Development Institute under accession number BCRC910700 on September 4, 2015. The novel lactic acid bacterium disclosed by this invention can effectively improve or treat diseases such as renal injury, metabolic syndrome, hyperuricemia, hypocalcemia.本發明係揭露一新穎乳酸菌,其分別為經分離之乳酸球菌亞種LL358,寄存台灣食品工業發展研究所菌種寄存中心,寄存編號為BCRC910699,寄存日期為2015年9月4日,以及經分離之唾液乳酸桿菌LS159,係寄存於台灣食品工業發展研究所菌種寄存中心,寄存編號為BCRC910700,寄存日期為2015年9月4日。藉由本發明所揭新穎乳酸菌係能夠有效改善或治療腎損傷、代謝症候群、高尿酸血症、低血鈣症等病症。
