The support (1) has a rigid biodegradable section (2) of limited length and a flexible corrugated band (3) fixed to the section by utilizing fasteners (4) to obtain an assembly. The band maintains plant seeds (6) against the section, when it is fixed on the section. A connection articulated to the sections connects the support to an adjacent support for forming a series of supports superposable or juxtaposable along an accordion fold. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an installation for designing a plant seed support (B) an installation for implantation of the plant seed support in the ground.
