The joint assembly allows the upper portion to pivot abouta folding axisbetween a transport position and an operating position. In the operatingposition, the lowerportion is angled toward the hitch relative to a vertical plane extendingtransverse to a directionof travel by the farm implement, and the lower portion is angularly offsetfrom the upper portionby a second angle.
