The present invention provides a spray-dried particle for inhalation, said particle comprising: (i) about 70 w / w% alginate oligomer and (ii) about 10 w / w% total phospholipid and anti-A compound (the phospholipid is a solid at room temperature, the phospholipid is 0.5 w / w% or more, and the antiadhesive compound is 0.5 w / w% or more) and (iii) about 10 w / W% or less of further excipients.
