PURPOSE: An anti c-Met humanized antibody is provided to have high affinity to c-Met and to efficiently prevent or treat cancer by removing immunogenicity.CONSTITUTION: An anti c-Met humanized antibody contains one heavy chain variable region selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of sequence numbers 1-5 and one light chain variable region selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of sequence numbers 6-9. A polynucleotide encodes the heavy chain variable region of the anti c-Met humanized antibody.
