PURPOSE: An acupressure instrument is provided, which reduces patient's pain and enables a surgical operator to easily control acupressure needle pressing power. CONSTITUTION: An acupressure instrument comprises: a container(1) in which a cavity is formed； an acupressure needle(3) locating in the bottom of the container； a first permanent magnet(5) which locates inside the container and installed on the top of the acupressure needle； a needle guide portion(1a) guiding the acupressure needle； and an elastic member which extrudes the permanent magnet downward.본 발명은 지압침구에 대한 것으로, 본 발명의 지압침구는 내부에 공동부가 형성된 통체와, 이 통체의 하단에 위치하는 지압침, 상기 통체의 내부에 위치하고 상기 지압침의 상부에 위치하는 제1 영구자석, 이 영구자석을 아래로 밀어내는 탄력수단을 구비하여 상기 지압침이 상기 탄력수단에 의해 항상 아래로 밀려나 있으면서 상기 탄력수단의 탄력보다 큰 힘으로 누르면 상기 통체 내부로 소정 거리만큼 밀려 들어가도록 되어 있는 지압침구로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
