The present invention provides a system capable of quantitatively analyzing the distribution of gold nanoparticles injected into a living body by using a computer tomography (CT) or an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis spectrophotometer). More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for quantifying gold nanoparticles which includes: an obtaining unit for obtaining a CT image of a sample and an ultraviolet-visible light spectrophotometer absorbance graph； a measuring unit for calculating an absorbance value of the gold nanoparticle specific wavelength (532 nm) from CT signal intensity or the absorbance graph from the image obtained by the obtaining unit； and a quantitative analysis unit for quantifying an amount of gold nanoparticles by substituting the CT signal intensity or absorbance measured by the measurement unit into CT and UV-Vis standard curves.본 발명은 생체 내 주입된 금나노입자의 생체 내 분포를 컴퓨터단층촬영(Computed Tomography, CT) 또는 자외선-가시광선 분광광도계(UV-Vis Spectrophotometer)를 이용하여 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 시료의 CT 영상 및 자외선-가시광선 분광광도계 흡광도그래프를 획득하는 획득부； 상기 획득부에서 획득한 영상으로부터 CT 신호 강도 또는 흡광도 그래프로부터 금나노입자 특정 파장(532nm)의 흡광도값을 산출하는 측정부； 및 상기 측정부에서 측정한 CT 신호 강도 또는 흡광도를 CT 및 UV-Vis 표준곡선에 대입하여 금나노입자의 양을 정량화하는 정량분석부； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금나노입자 정량 분석을 위한 시스템에 관한 것이다.
