Essence of method lies in separation of soft tissues and skin of external auditory canal to neottympanic membrane, dissection of neotympanic membrane into two layers, into external epidermal and internal mucous, separation and bringing down internal layer to its contact with hammer, in case of its absence, with element of sound-conducting chain, formation of tongue-shaped meatotympanic flap on feeding pedicle in area of anterior wall of external auditory canal and laying part of flap onto bone to the level of tympanic ring, and remaining larger part of flap on bone tympanic ring. Together with plasty of soft tissues of external auditory canal performed is plasty of bone part of external auditory canal and lateral wall of attic. 1-1.5 mm thick plate from cortical autobone is laid by size corresponding to defect of lateral attic wall. Bone fragment is fixed on the edge to bone by means of glass-ion-containing polymer cement. After that autobone plate, installed on defect, is fixed with meatotympanic flap.EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to eliminate laterisation of neotympanic membrane, restore integrity of attic wall in order to prevent further laterisation of neotympanic membrane.2 exИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к оториноларингологии.
