The demand for farming is increasing and the resources like water, minerals and space are not adequate. To optimistically use the resources people are adopting hydroponics and aquaponics systems for farming. To establish the aquaponics system using existing aquarium and aqua culture pond a methodology using converter is invented. This convertor cup will circulate the water between aquarium or aqua culture pond and grow bed of plant. The ammonia contained in the aquarium water is converted to nitrate during the circulation and act as nutrient for plants. The invented convertor shall be scaled up or down depending on indoor and outdoor farming / gardening respectively.
