PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning device that can improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning device includes: a washing tank for putting an endoscope therein and a control unit 50 for controlling the supply of water, a detergent or washing water to the washing tank or the endoscope put in the washing tank. The control unit 50 includes: a first group of adaptors for connecting hoses to supply the water, the detergent or the washing water to the washing tank or the endoscope put in the washing tank and a second group of adaptors for connecting hoses to supply the detergent from a detergent container to the control unit 50. The first group of adaptors is arranged on the front side of the control unit 50 in a vertical line, and the second group of adaptors is arranged on the back side of the control unit 50.
