PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion-assisting device capable of adjusting tightening force of a fitting member to fix an arm member to a femur part according to the state of a user.SOLUTION: A motion-assisting device comprises: a joint part arranged on a rotation axis of users hip joint an arm member rotatably supported around the joint part an actuator creating rotation torque of the arm member and an arrangement member to arrange the arm member to the users femur part.
