The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an implant and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a customized implant model using a three-dimensional imaging technology to solve problems of an implant having the limited size. Especially, the method for manufacturing the customized implant model using the three-dimensional imaging technology is capable of recognizing properties of several medical devices to measure the accurate size of a diseased part and collecting image information data (MRI, CT, X-RAY, etc.) of the diseased part, thereby manufacturing the customized implant model through a three-dimensional design program on a computer by using the three-dimensional imaging technology. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: extracting two-dimensional data of a predetermined anatomical implant model from medical image photographing data photographed by using a medical image photographing device generating three-dimensional model data through data processing for generating the three-dimensional model data from the extracted two-dimensional model data and generating image data for manufacturing the three-dimensional implant by using the generated three-dimensional model data so as to manufacture the three-dimensional implant model.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 임플란트 제작에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 규격이 한정된 임플란트의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 환자맞춤형 임플란트를 제작하는 것이며 특히 환부의 정확한 사이즈를 측정할 수 있도록 여러 의료기기의 특성을 알아내어 환부의 영상정보데이터(MRI, CT, X-RAY 등)를 수집하고, 이러한 3차원 조영기술을 활용하여 컴퓨터상에 있는 3D 설계 프로그램을 통해 맞춤형 임플란트 모형을 제작하는 3D 조영기술을 이용한 환자 맞춤형 임플란트 모형제작방법에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명의 특징은 의료영상촬영장치에서 촬영한 의료영상촬영데이터로부터 소정의 해부학적 임플란트 모형에 따른 2차원 데이터를 추출하고, 추출된 2차원 모형의 데이터로부터 3차원 모형의 데이터로 생성하기 위한 데이터 프로세싱(Data Processing)을 통해 3차원 모형 데이터를 생성하며, 생성된 3차원 모형 데이터를 이용하여 3차원의 임플란트제작용 이미지데이터를 생성하여 3차원 임플란트모형을 제작하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
