PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove fluid in a vicinity of a jet port while avoiding that negative pressure of a suction port is applied to a surgical site itself.SOLUTION: A suction port is provided at a position away from a jet port, and a fluid passage is provided between the suction port and a vicinity of the jet port. The fluid passage suctions fluid in the vicinity of the jet port by surface tension of the fluid and moves the fluid suctioned toward the suction port. In this way, when the fluid in the vicinity of the jet port is moved by using the surface tension of the fluid, the fluid can be moved to the suction port without applying negative pressure to the vicinity of the jet port. By doing this, the fluid in the vicinity of the jet port can be removed with the suction port even when the suction port is provided at the position away from the jet port, so that visibility around the jet port can be secured by removing the fluid in the vicinity of the jet port while separating the suction port from the jet port to avoid that negative pressure of the suction port is applied to a surgical site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸引口の負圧が術部に作用する自体を回避しながらも、噴射口の近傍の流体を除去可能とする。【解決手段】吸引口を噴射口から離れた位置に設けておき、吸引口と噴射口の近傍との間に流体通路を設けておく。この流体通路は、噴射口の近傍の流体を流体の表面張力によって吸い込むとともに、吸い込んだ流体を吸引口の方向に移動させる。こうして流体の表面張力を利用して噴射口の近傍の流体を移動させてやれば、噴射口の近傍に負圧を作用させなくても、流体を吸引口に移動させることができる。こうすれば、吸引口を噴射口から離れた位置に設けても、噴射口の近傍の流体を吸引口で取り除くことができるので、吸引口を噴射口から離して吸引口の負圧が術部に作用するのを回避しながらも、噴射口の近傍の流体を取り除いて噴射口の周囲の視界を確保することが可能となる。【選択図】図4
