A method and an apparatus for determining brain ischemia features on the basis of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), so as to provide an objective basis for determining whether to apply a thrombolytic therapy to an acute brain ischemia patient. The method comprises: determining a brain ischemia area of a to-be-detected patient according to magnetic resonance DWI of the to-be-detected patient, the brain ischemia area comprising a core area and a transition area； determining, according to DWI values of the core area and the transition area, an apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) feature parameter ADC r in an area with a high DWI value in the magnetic resonance DWI； and determining, according to the ADC feature parameter ADC r, whether an ADC value in the area with a high DWI value is mismatched with the area with a high DWI value. With this method, it is more scientific and objective to make a decision whether to apply a thrombolytic therapy to a brain ischemia patient, thereby improving the cure rate of the brain ischemia patient.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de détermination des caractéristiques d'une ischémie cérébrale basé sur l'imagerie de diffusion (DWI) par résonance magnétique, pour fournir une base objective permettant de déterminer s'il faut ou non appliquer une thérapie thrombolytique à un patient souffrant d'ischémie cérébrale aiguë.
