FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: tendon-muscular flap is dissected longitudinally from the center of the triceps to the middle third of the shin. The flap is cut off at the calcaneal tuberosity and proximal to the muscular part of the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles. It is displaced distally. The distal end of the flap is led in the intercellular space to the rear of the foot and fixed in the third metatarsal bone with the extension of the foot by 95 degrees.EFFECT: method allows to hold the foot in a corrected position.1 pex, 1 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к травматологии – ортопедии. Выкраивают продольно сухожильно-мышечный лоскут из центра трехглавой мышцы до средней трети голени. Отсекают лоскут у пяточного бугра и проксимально от мышечной части камбаловидной и икроножной мышц. Смещают его дистально. Проводят дистальный конец лоскута в межберцовом промежутке к тылу стопы и фиксируют в третьей плюсневой кости при разгибании стопы 95 градусов.
