The present invention relates to a method of preparing a health supplement for fish in aquaculture. In particular, the health supplement for aiding in restoring the health of cultured fish can be prepared and used to provide a medicinal bath to fish to help the fish restore health. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: preparing a fixed amount of water into which fish to be cultured in fish farms are introduced； introducing a fixed amount of a dewormer for use in animals, which causes parasites being carried on the fish to be discharged, into the water； introducing a fixed amount of an anthelmintic agent for use in aquaculture, which removes fluke infestations on the skin of the fish, into the water； introducing a fixed amount of an antiviral agent which removes bacteria, virus, and microorganism living inside and outside the body of the fish, into the water； and introducing a preservative into the water, to prevent the skin of the fish from being putrefied due to scars.
