The present invention relates to a tubular well which can apply various functions to a tubular well. When using a device according to the present invention, various functions can be applied to a tubular well so that a user can properly deal with a dynamic field situation. An existing tubular well purifies soil or underground water respectively and cannot deal with filed situation flexibly. However, the device of the present invention can purify soil and underground at the same time and can apply various functions such as soil vapor extraction (SVE), air-sparging, air-stripping, oxidation, groundwater circulation, etc, thereby dealing with filed situation flexibly.본 발명은 하나의 관정에 다양한 기능을 적용할 수 있는 관정에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 장치를 이용할 경우 하나의 관정에 다양한 기능을 적용할 수 있어, 유동적인 현장상황에 적절히 대응할 수 있다. 기존의 관정은 토양이나 지하수를 각각 정화하여야하고 현장상황에 유동적으로 대처하지 못하는 한계가 있으나, 본 발명에 의한 장치는 토양과 지하수를 동시에 정화 할 수 있고, 토양증기추출(SVE； Soil Vapor Extraction), 공기확산(Air-sparging), 공기탈기(Air-stripping, 산화(Oxidation), 지하수순환(Groundwater circulation)등의 다양한 기능을 적용할 수 있어, 현장상황에 유동적으로 대처할 수 있다.
