PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing a viscosity of frozen dessert so as to produce without troubling frozen dessert production by suppressing a viscosity increase of frozen dessert mix, especially of chocolate frozen dessert mix having a problem especially of thickening with the lapse in frozen dessert production.
SOLUTION: This method for suppressing a viscosity increase of the frozen dessert mix includes including whey protein in the frozen dessert mix. In the method for suppressing a viscosity increase of the frozen dessert mix, the frozen dessert is mixed with cacao oil.
