More particularly, the manufacturing method of an extract comprising collagen peptides comprises the following steps of: a) treating a starfish with an alkaline solution b) hydrolyzing by injecting a protease to an aqueous solution comprising the starfish treated with an alkaline solution and c) conducting hot water extraction of the hydrolyzed starfish and extracting effective components including collagen peptides.
