<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading report preparation support system capable of displaying a difference reflecting only the content of correction to be transmitted after analyzing the content of correction applied to an image reading report and determining whether or not to transmit the content of correction. <；P>；SOLUTION: Different descriptions are extracted as differences to be corrected from image reading reports of the same examination and of different versions, and the respective differences to be corrected are categorized by kind by specifying methods for correction for the respective differences to be corrected and analyzing the respective differences to be corrected.
