PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible aqueous ink composition for inkjet, which has excellent discharge stability and allows direct printing by an inkjet system on tablets of pharmaceutical products, foods and the like.SOLUTION: The aqueous ink composition for inkjet relating to the present invention is an aqueous ink composition for inkjet to be used for inkjet recording, and the composition comprises at least a colorant and a discharge stabilizer, in which the discharge stabilizer is decaglyceryl laurate having an HLB of 15 or less and is included by 1 mass% to 5 mass% with respect to the whole mass.
