An apparatus (100) to enable metered dispensing of a viscous substance comprises a first receptacle (5) defining a first path (6a), a second receptacle (3) enclosing said first receptacle and defining a second path (8). The second receptacle (3) is adapted to move away from the first receptacle to define a collection area for collection of a metered quantity of the substance and move towards the first receptacle for dispensing of the metered quantity. An actuator (2) is connected to said first and second receptacles to control said first path and said second path, such that in a natural state of the actuator, the first path is open and the second path is closed to allow flow of substance to the collection area and in an actuated state, the first path is closed and the second path is open to allow dispensing of the substance via the second path.La présente invention concerne un appareil (100) permettant une distribution dosée d'une substance visqueuse comprenant un premier récipient (5) délimitant un premier trajet (6a), un second récipient (3) entourant ledit premier récipient et délimitant un second trajet (8). Le second récipient (3) est conçu pour se déplacer à l'opposé du premier récipient pour délimiter une zone de collecte destinée à la collecte d'une quantité dosée de la substance et se déplacer vers le premier récipient pour distribuer la quantité dosée. Un actionneur (2) est relié auxdits premier et second récipients pour commander ledit premier trajet et ledit second trajet, de sorte que dans un état naturel de l'actionneur, le premier trajet est ouvert et le second trajet est fermé pour permettre l'écoulement de la substance vers la zone de collecte, et dans un état actionné, le premier trajet est fermé et le second trajet est ouvert pour permettre la distribution de la substance via le second trajet.
