The present invention relates to a chemical cleaning and deodorizing apparatus having a foam and salt removal function. In a known chemical cleaning and deodorizing apparatus, a foam and salt removal and water level control tank is installed on one side of each of first and second cleaning solution storage tanks, lower ends of the first and second cleaning solution return tubes are connected through a lower portion of the foam and salt removal and water level control tank, a cleaning solution outlet is formed in a lower portion of a rear partition of the foam and salt removal and water level control tank, a plurality of salt-attached filters are installed at predetermined intervals so as to have a direction corresponding to an inflow and discharge direction of a collected cleaning solution in a vertical direction from an inside of the foam and salt removal and water level control tank, a timer control-type shower nozzle adapted to push foams, floating on a surface of the cleaning solution, to a foam collection tank by spraying liquid to the foams is installed in an upper portion of the foam and salt removal and water level control tank, and an top-open foam collection tank including a drain hole in one side thereof is installed on one side surface of the first and second cleaning solution storage tank in which a foam discharge hole is formed. Accordingly, a period of replacement of the cleaning solution can be increased by reducing salt solubility in the cleaning solution, costs attributable to replacement of the cleaning solution can be reduced, efficiency of removal of water-soluble malodorous gas can be considerably increased through a reduction in solubility in the cleaning solution, and deodorization performance can be considerably improved by preventing the chemical cleaning and deodorizing apparatus from being blocked by salt. In particular, the salt-attached filters can be replaced and washed, and thus cleanliness against the cleaning solution can be maintai
