PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measurement apparatus using an ultrasonic wave which can reduce the burden on a subject following calibration and time and effort of calibration.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measurement apparatus obtains the systolic blood pressure from a detection value of a pressure sensor at the time of the blood stream generation by referring to a given relation between the pressing pressure in the blood stream generation and the systolic blood pressure at the time of blood stream generation at which the blood stream starts to be generated with relaxation of the state where the radial artery is blocked, obtains the pulse pressure by using measurement results of a first ultrasonic probe 20a and a second ultrasonic probe 20b, and calibrates the correlation characteristics between the blood vessel diameter and blood pressure of the radial artery by using the obtained systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】校正に伴う被検者の負担や校正の手間を低減できる超音波を用いた血圧計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】血圧計測装置は、橈骨動脈が閉塞された状態が緩んで血流が生じ始める血流発生時の血流発生時押し付け圧と収縮期血圧との所与の関係を参照して、血流発生時の圧力センサーの検出値から収縮期血圧を求める。また、第1の超音波プローブ20a及び第2の超音波プローブ20bの計測結果を用いて脈圧を求める。そして、求めた収縮期血圧及び脈圧を用いて橈骨動脈の血管径と血圧との相関特性を校正する。【選択図】図1
